Many of their designs were trend-based, which meant they needed to capitalize on short-lived opportunities quickly. The delayed attribution from Facebook ads made it challenging to make timely decisions.

Overwhelming Workload:

Rick and his partner Trav, a design genius, were bogged down with menial tasks like creating mockups, listing products, and managing campaigns.

Missed Opportunities in Email Marketing:

The business wasn’t fully leveraging email marketing to boost customer lifetime value and average order value.

Real-Time Data for Better Decisions

To address the challenge of Facebook’s delayed attribution, We used a Google spreadsheet integrated with SyncWith—a paid program that extracts real-time data from Facebook’s API. This automated system provided instant visibility into sales and ad performance, empowering us to make same-day decisions, especially when a design was trending. The data was also compared the real time data from Shopify. This agility was critical in maximizing sales for trend-based designs.

Streamlined Design-to-Listing Process

To streamline the process, I turned Rick and Trav's raw PNG designs into mockups, listed them on Shopify, and created ad campaigns with proven templates. This freed them to focus on creating designs while I handled the execution.

Boosting Revenue with Email Marketing

To further increase revenue without additional ad spend, I set up a robust email marketing strategy

Automated Flows:

Including welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, checkout reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.

Regular Campaigns:

Sending two email campaigns per week with enticing offers to keep customers engaged.
